CTInstruments Adds THCV and CBC to the portfolio of tested cannabinoids
CTInstruments Ltd., an award-winning manufacturer of cannabinoids potency testing solutions, has added THCV and CBC to the portfolio of cannabinoids being tested by its $14,990 HPLC.
“Our HPLC now reliably and accurately tests 11 major cannabinoids as we continue expanding the capabilities of the HPLC in order to serve both in-house testing needs of our customers as well as commercial labs.”
THCV (Tetrahydrocannabivarin), typically found in African sativas, is recognized to suppress appetite. Some research suggests a role in regulating blood sugar levels, curb anxiety attacks in PTSD, and stimulate bone growth.
CBC (cannabichromene) is non-intoxicating cannabinoid being researched as anti-cancer agent. CBC has been shown to block pain and inflammation associated with collagen-induced osteoarthritis.
